Billman tracks your software subscriptions, pays vendors on your behalf from virtual cards funded by your payment method, and sends you a consolidated monthly statement.

You're responsible for activity in your workspace and for keeping your login secure. You must have authority to connect each vendor account and payment method you add.

Vendor charges are settled on your statement day. Charges declined because of a frozen card or spend limit you set are your responsibility to resolve with the vendor.

Billman AI suggestions are estimates based on your data. Review each one before applying it; Billman isn't liable for changes you choose to make.
