Privacy policy

Your name, work email and workspace name when you sign up. For each tool you connect: its plan, seat counts, usage totals, invoices and the billing emails sent to your @billman.app addresses.

For your funding card, only the brand and last four digits. Full card numbers are handled by our payment processor.

To show your dashboard, pay your vendors, send your statements and alerts, and produce Billman AI recommendations. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

When you ask for a written briefing, a summary of your plans, seat counts and spend is sent to our AI provider to generate it. Invoice contents and card details are never included.

Members of your workspace, and Billman staff when you ask for support. Our infrastructure providers process data on our behalf under contract.

Disconnecting a tool stops all further collection from it. To export or delete your workspace, email privacy@billman.app.
